Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 fresh corn cobs cut into quarters lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 lime juiced

Method
 

  1. Cut each corn cob lengthwise into quarters using a sharp knife and stable cutting board.
  2. Mix melted butter, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the corn ribs in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes until curled and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley while hot.
  6. Whisk together dipping sauce ingredients and serve alongside the crispy corn ribs with lime wedges.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, finish the corn ribs on a grill for 2–3 minutes after air frying.
