- Cut each corn cob lengthwise into quarters using a sharp knife and stable cutting board.
- Mix melted butter, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss the corn ribs in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes until curled and crispy.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley while hot.
- Whisk together dipping sauce ingredients and serve alongside the crispy corn ribs with lime wedges.
Notes
For extra smoky flavor, finish the corn ribs on a grill for 2–3 minutes after air frying.
