Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Coating
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
Frying
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. Set up breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil and fry nuggets until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, double coat the nuggets. Bake or air fry for a healthier option.
