- Whisk together flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan and swirl quickly into a thin circle.
- Cook 30 to 45 seconds, flip, then cook another 15 to 20 seconds.
