  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add tahini to a bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in lemon juice, garlic, and salt until combined.
  3. Gradually whisk in water until creamy, then add olive oil and adjust seasoning.

Notes

Adjust water for thickness and lemon juice for tanginess. Sauce thickens in the fridge—add water before serving.
