  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, and seasonings.
  4. Fold in cheeses and transfer to baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Notes

Drain spinach thoroughly to avoid watery dip. Use freshly grated cheese for best texture and flavor.
