  • 2 garlic bulbs tops sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Optional Add-Ins
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F), slice garlic tops, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35–40 minutes.
  2. Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl and mix with cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley, mix well, chill, and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, chill before serving and adjust seasoning to taste.
