- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F), slice garlic tops, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35–40 minutes.
- Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl and mix with cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley, mix well, chill, and serve.
