Ingredients
  

Main Components
  • 250 g pasta
  • 300 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 cup spinach
  • cherry tomatoes halved

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sear shrimp in olive oil until pink and set aside.
  3. Prepare sauce with butter, garlic, cream, lemon, and parmesan, then combine with pasta and shrimp.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice and do not overcook shrimp for best results.
