  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard

Method
 

  1. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired.
  5. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Adjust honey and mustard levels to taste.
