Ingredients
  

Main Components
  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
Seasonings
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs optional
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet and sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
  2. Add gnocchi and cook until lightly browned and tender.
  3. Pour in cream, stir, then add Parmesan and spinach until melted and wilted. Season and serve.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and flavor. Add protein like chicken or shrimp if desired.
