  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Cream Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, then remove.
  3. Cook garlic in butter, add broth, cream, and cheese, then simmer.
  4. Return chicken to skillet and cook until done.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
