Ingredients
  

Aioli Base
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Finely mince the garlic cloves or mash them into a paste for a smoother sauce.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to enhance the texture.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  6. Refrigerate the aioli for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  7. Serve chilled and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the garlic to two cloves. Roasted garlic can also be used for a sweeter, deeper taste.
