- Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes if they are firm.
- Add bananas, dates, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust thickness with extra milk if needed.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with banana slices or cinnamon, and serve immediately.

Freeze bananas beforehand for an extra thick smoothie texture.
