- Wash the limes thoroughly, trim the ends, and cut them into quarters.
- Add limes, cold water, and sugar to a blender and pulse 4–5 times only.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
- Return the strained liquid to the blender and add condensed milk and ice.
- Blend until frothy and smooth, then taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with lime slices and mint, and serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid over-blending the lime peels to prevent bitterness. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and frothy texture.
