Ingredients
  

Brazilian Lemonade Base
  • 4 fresh limes washed thoroughly
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups ice cubes
Garnish
  • lime slices for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves optional

Equipment

  • fine mesh strainer
  • pitcher

Method
 

  1. Wash the limes thoroughly, trim the ends, and cut them into quarters.
  2. Add limes, cold water, and sugar to a blender and pulse 4–5 times only.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  4. Return the strained liquid to the blender and add condensed milk and ice.
  5. Blend until frothy and smooth, then taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with lime slices and mint, and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid over-blending the lime peels to prevent bitterness. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and frothy texture.
