Ingredients
  

Main Components
  • 4 cups green cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots grated
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Finely shred the green and red cabbage and grate the carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine vegetables with dressing and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add sliced apples or nuts. Adjust sweetness and acidity to taste.
