- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes if they are dry, then drain.
- Blend dates, coconut, nuts, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, and salt in a food processor until sticky.
- Add water gradually if needed to achieve a dough-like texture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Coat each ball in shredded coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use Medjool dates for best texture and sweetness. Store in the fridge for freshness.
