Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and sliced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then place it in a large serving bowl.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
  3. Slice the cooked chicken, eggs, avocado, and prepare the tomatoes and onion.
  4. Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  5. Arrange the toppings in neat rows over the lettuce.
  6. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.

Notes

For best texture, add avocado and dressing right before serving to keep the salad fresh.
