Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking pan.
- Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let soak for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and gently combine.
- Shape into loaf and place in baking pan.
- Spread half the glaze over the loaf and bake 45 minutes.
- Add remaining glaze and bake 15 more minutes until cooked through.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat to keep the meatloaf tender. Let it rest before slicing for best texture.
