Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Filling
  • 8-10 pieces chocolate chunks for stuffing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Stuff dough with chocolate chunks and shape into balls.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden edges form.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep the center gooey. Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
