- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease four ramekins with butter, then dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale.
- Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.
- Divide batter into ramekins.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are firm.
- Rest briefly, invert onto plates, and serve warm.
Notes
For the perfect molten center, avoid overbaking and serve immediately after unmolding.
