Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and prepare ramekins with butter and cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale and thick.
- Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture and add vanilla.
- Fold in flour and salt gently.
- Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Let rest briefly, then invert and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overbake to maintain the molten center. Serve immediately for best results.
