Ingredients
  

Tart Crust
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
Chocolate Filling
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup hazelnuts roasted

Method
 

  1. Prepare the tart crust by mixing flour, sugar, and butter, then add egg yolk and water to form dough.
  2. Roll out the dough, place into tart pan, and blind bake until golden.
  3. Heat cream and pour over chocolate, stir until smooth ganache forms.
  4. Add hazelnuts to crust, pour ganache, and chill until set.
