Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Optional Add-ins
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Mix in sugars, then eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt gently.
  5. Add chocolate chips and pour batter into the pan.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes and let cool before cutting.

Notes

Do not overbake for fudgy texture. Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
