- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and heat a cast iron skillet.
- Mix melted butter with sugars until smooth, then add egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients separately and mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and optional add-ins.
- Spread dough into skillet and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep the center gooey. Serve with ice cream for best results.
