Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional Additions
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Finely chop the parsley and mince the garlic.
  2. Combine parsley, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add vinegar and mix well.
  4. Slowly stir in olive oil until combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Letting the sauce rest enhances the flavor significantly.
