Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 500 g chicken breast cut into strips
Breading
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Cooking
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into strips and pat dry.
  2. Prepare flour, egg, and breadcrumb coating stations.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double coat the chicken by repeating the egg and breadcrumb step.
