Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Pastry
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, and parsley until combined.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Fill each square, seal, brush with egg wash, and bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
