  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup grapes halved
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook and prepare the chicken, then shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add celery, onion, parsley, and chicken, then mix until fully combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add optional ingredients, and chill before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
