Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Pasta
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
Alfredo Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, then slice.
  3. Prepare Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and parmesan, then combine with pasta and chicken.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture and flavor.
