- Slice bread in a crisscross pattern without cutting through the base.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix spinach with cheeses, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff mixture into bread cuts evenly.
- Brush melted butter over loaf.
- Bake covered for 15 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
