Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare the crust by mixing graham crumbs, butter, and sugar, then bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour, then pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 50–60 minutes until center slightly jiggles.
  5. Cool gradually and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use a water bath and avoid overmixing the batter.
