  • 4 large ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 12 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into even rounds.
  2. Arrange alternating slices of tomato, mozzarella, and basil on a serving platter.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then serve immediately.
