Ingredients
  

Main Buffalo Sauce Base
  • 1 cup halal hot sauce cayenne-style preferred
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted slowly
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp halal Worcestershire-style sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Optional Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika for smoky flavor
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar optional sweetness

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter gently in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in the hot sauce until smooth and glossy.
  4. Add honey, paprika, cayenne, onion powder, Worcestershire-style sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes while whisking continuously.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired before serving warm.

Notes

Avoid boiling the sauce aggressively to keep the butter properly emulsified for a silky texture.
