Ingredients
  

Buffalo Chicken Dip Base
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie chicken recommended
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

  • blue cheese crumbles optional
  • crispy bacon bits optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheeses.
  4. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips or vegetables.

Notes

For extra heat, add cayenne pepper or additional buffalo sauce. Freshly shredded cheese melts best.
