Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbled optional
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Spread mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing buffalo sauce. Serve with chips, bread, or veggies.
