Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Mix brown sugar with a small amount of warm water until dissolved into a syrup.
  3. Stir vanilla extract into the brown sugar syrup.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour cooled coffee over ice.
  6. Add the brown sugar vanilla syrup and stir well.
  7. Add milk or cream and mix until smooth.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and milk to taste. For stronger flavor, use cold brew coffee.
