Soft buttery slider buns filled with fluffy eggs, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy halal turkey strips baked until golden and irresistible.

Ingredients
  

Breakfast Slider Filling
  • 12 slider buns Hawaiian-style preferred
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter for eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 10 slices cheddar cheese
  • 10 slices halal turkey strips cooked until crispy
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
Butter Topping
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Equipment

  • nonstick skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook halal turkey strips in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk and seasonings, then scramble gently in butter until just set.
  4. Slice slider buns horizontally and place bottom half into baking dish.
  5. Layer cheese, scrambled eggs, halal turkey, and remaining cheese evenly over buns.
  6. Place top buns over filling.
  7. Mix butter topping ingredients and brush generously over buns.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh chives and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispy bottoms, lightly toast the buns before assembling the sliders.
