Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook halal turkey strips in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
- Whisk eggs with milk and seasonings, then scramble gently in butter until just set.
- Slice slider buns horizontally and place bottom half into baking dish.
- Layer cheese, scrambled eggs, halal turkey, and remaining cheese evenly over buns.
- Place top buns over filling.
- Mix butter topping ingredients and brush generously over buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden.
- Garnish with fresh chives and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispy bottoms, lightly toast the buns before assembling the sliders.
