Ingredients
  

Main Filling
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 halal beef sausage sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup onions diced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes diced
Assembly
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs with seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté vegetables, add eggs, then combine with sausage and cheese before wrapping in tortillas.

Notes

Do not overcook eggs; for meal prep, wrap burritos individually and freeze.
