Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer bread cubes and blueberries evenly in the dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over bread and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Add optional streusel topping if desired.
- Bake 45-55 minutes until golden and set. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best texture, use slightly stale brioche and allow the casserole to chill overnight before baking.
