Ingredients
  

Parfait Layers
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Optional Garnishes
  • mint leaves
  • chia seeds

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • serving glass

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare the berries, slicing strawberries if needed.
  2. Mix yogurt with honey and vanilla if using plain yogurt.
  3. Add a layer of yogurt to the bottom of a glass.
  4. Top with granola and a layer of mixed berries.
  5. Repeat layers until the glass is filled.
  6. Finish with extra berries, granola, and a drizzle of honey.

Notes

Add granola just before serving to maintain its crunch.
