  • 1.5 lbs beef (sirloin or ribeye) cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion cut into chunks

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices in a bowl.
  2. Add beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 8–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Rest briefly and serve warm.

Notes

Marinate longer for deeper flavor; avoid overcooking for juicy kebabs.
