- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened and fragrant.
- Transfer beef mixture to slow cooker.
- Add tomatoes, beans, broth, tomato paste, and all seasonings.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
Notes
This chili tastes even better the next day. Freeze leftovers for future meals.
