Ingredients
  

Beef Patties
  • 500 g halal ground beef 80/20 ratio
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Assembly
  • 4 burger buns halal-certified
  • 4 slices cheese optional
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • pickles optional
  • sauces ketchup or mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Mix ground beef with spices gently until combined.
  2. Shape into patties and create a small indentation in the center.
  3. Cook patties on a hot grill or pan for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
  5. Toast buns lightly and assemble with toppings.

Notes

Do not press the patties while cooking to retain juices. Use fresh buns for best results.
