Method
- Mix ground beef with spices gently until combined.
- Shape into patties and create a small indentation in the center.
- Cook patties on a hot grill or pan for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Add cheese in the last minute if desired.

Notes
Do not press the patties while cooking to retain juices. Use fresh buns for best results.
