Method
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and spices in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken and add broth.
- Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with forks.
- Return shredded chicken to slow cooker and stir into sauce.
- Cook 15 more minutes and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with buns and coleslaw or use in wraps and bowls.
