Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a lined baking tray with a rack.
- Pat chicken wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy.
- Simmer BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes until thickened.
- Toss baked wings in sauce and return to oven for 8–10 minutes.
- Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
