Ingredients
  

Main Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings split
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a lined baking tray with a rack.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Bake wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy.
  4. Simmer BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes until thickened.
  5. Toss baked wings in sauce and return to oven for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
