Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning & Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and place in a bowl.
  2. Season with oil, spices, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on grill or oven until nearly done, then brush with BBQ sauce and finish cooking until caramelized.

Notes

Apply BBQ sauce toward the end of cooking to avoid burning and achieve a perfect glaze.
