  • 1.5 lb salmon fillets cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice fresh
For Serving
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season salmon cubes with oil and spices until evenly coated.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  4. Whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and salmon.
  6. Drizzle with sauce and garnish before serving.

Notes

For maximum freshness, store the sauce separately and drizzle just before serving.
