- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in mashed bananas.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture alternating with milk.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes then transfer to rack to cool fully.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and sweetness.
