  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook the ziti pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Prepare sauce by sautéing onion, garlic, and optional beef, then add marinara and seasonings.
  3. Mix pasta with sauce, layer with cheeses, and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated cheese and let the dish rest before serving.
