- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down in the baking dish.
- Melt butter with olive oil in a saucepan, then stir in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Spoon the lemon butter mixture over the salmon and top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
- Spoon pan sauce over the fish, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For the juiciest salmon, avoid overbaking and spoon extra warm sauce over the fillets just before serving.
