Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down in the baking dish.
  3. Melt butter with olive oil in a saucepan, then stir in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  4. Spoon the lemon butter mixture over the salmon and top with lemon slices.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  6. Spoon pan sauce over the fish, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For the juiciest salmon, avoid overbaking and spoon extra warm sauce over the fillets just before serving.
