Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • lemon slices

Equipment

  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Season salmon and place on baking sheet.
  3. Mix herb crust ingredients and press onto salmon.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
  5. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and avoid overcooking the salmon.
